Matthew Malone - Broker/Owner

Real Estate has been a passion of mine since I was a kid.  My Grandfather was a Broker in Oak Cliff and his parents worked for him.  I remember all of the house keys hanging in my Great Grandfathers office when I would visit his home.  I was always amazed at the business.  After college I worked retail until my amazing wife finished her degree and went to work as a nurse.  I knew it was time to pursue my career in Real Estate!  I finished my real estate classes as fast as I could, passed the state test, and became an active agent in October 2006.  I started my career with Century 21 Schaeffer & Associates in Terrell Texas and worked for one of the brightest Real Estate minds you will ever meet,  Lee Schaeffer.  He taught me everything he knew about the business and gave me opportunities and experience in my first few years that most agents aren’t exposed too in a lifetime.  Just a few months into my new career the housing crisis of 2007 happened and the industry was turned upside down.  Using the knowledge I was gaining working for a seasoned veteran, the new age technology I was able to bring as a 25 year old, and the customer service my father taught me growing up in the Grocery Business I turned a tragic market situation into an amazing career.  Over the past ten years I have successfully closed over 600 transactions.  I have ranked in the top 500 agents nationwide six times.  In 2009 I became a broker and began to manage and run the Century 21 office in Forney Texas.  In 2016 I decided to drop the large national brand and go independent.  In December 2016 I opened Malone and Associates Real Estate.  I brought a team of the top agents and recruited some young fresh agents with new ideas.  I don’t have a motto or slogan but I will always treat my clients like family and provide top notch customer service mixed with experience and knowledge to make sure that every transaction is a success.
