Ashley Fivecoat - REALTOR ®

Ashley Fivecoat is a licensed Realtor at Malone & Associates Real Estate, Inc. As a long-time Terrell native, Ashley values the importance of community and has extensive knowledge of local real estate. Together with her husband Justin, a general contractor, Ashley has bought and sold several homes in the area and understands firsthand the challenges and emotions involved, making her uniquely qualified to advise to meet the needs and goals of her clients. Ashley is passionate about ensuring a positive experience through exceptional customer service, communication and market expertise. 

Ashley is a graduate of Texas A&M University where she received a BA in Journalism. She worked in public relations before taking an industry leap into education. She continued her education, receiving her MS in Special Education with a Diagnostician certification. Also a small business owner, Ashley prides herself in always continuing to learn and push herself with the common thread of helping others be more successful. Ashley and Justin have two children, who like them, have an appetite for travel and adventures, including major home renovations which is where Ashley has developed a strong attention to detail and a unique perspective on the industry.
