I was looking for home with little property for myself and for my four legged kids to run, when I ran across a home listed by Fannie Mae on the internet. Emailed, Tony Hulsey with Malone and Associates and explained I was currently living 1500 miles away and asked if they would be able to assist me in my venture. Tony Hulsey emailed me back and said he would be happy to. Since I didn’t know anything about Fannie Mae Homes Tony walked me through it. He stood by me when I wasn’t award home and looking for another when home I really wanted came back on market. Financing went badly, everything got screwed up, and there were times I would have given up had it not been for him. Tony stood by me, kept telling me everything would work out and even lifted my spirits when it looked as if it was a lost cause, he was always there. Know he had to be as frustrated as I, although he always sounded very confident. In buying home had to get three extensions, due to lender, overnight papers to him and he traveled 75 miles in which to get them to escrow company on time for closing, and many, many other things. It took six months for home to close. Never once did he complain or act as if it wasn’t part of an agents’ job, which I knew it wasn’t.
